Applikationshinweise: ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:128,000. Approximately 110 kDa band observed in K562 lysate (calculated MW of 82.6 kDa according to NP_056156.2). The observed molecular weight corresponds to earlier findings in literature with different antibodies (Cabello et al, Mol Biol Cell. 2001 Nov,12 (11) :3527-37., PMID: 11694586). Recommended concentration: 0.01-0.03 μg/mL.
